The SUNY Cortland dual diploma program gave me an incredible opportunity to discover what I’m capable of achieving in life. Throughout this journey, I experienced many situations that offered lifelong lessons and perspectives.
First of all, being a student in the United States was a wonderful experience. Although I faced some challenges adapting during the first year, the second year was truly enjoyable. I pushed myself academically and grew significantly. For two semesters, I worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Modern Arts course. This experience not only allowed me to understand how American universities operate but also helped me shape my future goals.
My internship period was also incredibly valuable. Being a SUNY Cortland student was truly priceless.
I also had the chance to work part-time on campus for a year. It allowed me to earn money and meet people from different cultural backgrounds. I built great friendships in Cortland and had many opportunities to immerse myself in American culture.
I’m deeply grateful to my family, the school administration, my teachers, the international student office, and all my friends for their trust and support throughout this journey. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is interested. If you want to open a new window in your life, you should definitely consider experiencing the United States.
