I applied to the Business Administration dual diploma program in 2004. The opportunity to receive two diplomas, complete an internship and find work opportunities in the United States are just a few of the reasons why I chose this program.
The dual diploma program not only provided me with two diplomas, it showed me the importance of studying with highly qualified teachers. Since all of my lessons were research-based, I developed the habit of using the library. I must say that New Paltz has a well-supported library for those who like to do research. I am currently working as a research asistant at İzmir University of Economics, and I plan to become a professor.
SUNY New Paltz boasts lots of facilities for students. I especially liked the sports center and spend most of my time there. In addition to a great campus, New Paltz is an attractive town with lots of cafes and pubs for students to spend their free time. Plus, it is just an hour away from New York city, where you can have unforgettable experiences.
This program helped me to evaluate and learn from the educational systems of two countries. If you use every opportunity this program provides, it is certain that you will improve yourself in all academic and social aspects.
