Middle East Technical University - Binghamton University
This program is run by Middle East Technical University (METU) and Binghamton University. It has been admitting students since 2003. Students will complete their first and third year at METU, and the second and fourth year at Binghamton University. Upon successful completion of the program, students receive a diploma from both METU and Binghamton University.

The payment is to be made in TL currency while studying at METU and in US Dollar while studying at Binghamton. Registered students take METU courses at the METU Ankara Campus and take SUNY courses at Binghamton University (Binghamton, NY, USA).
The Students who complete their program successfully at these recognized universities will have the right to work legally in their field of study for a certain period in the United States via Optional Practical Training (OPT).
