Yeditepe University - SUNY New Paltz
This program is run by Yeditepe University and SUNY New Paltz. It has been admitting students since 2023. Students will complete their first and second year at Yeditepe University, and the last two years of education will be at SUNY New Paltz. Upon successful completion of the program, students receive a diploma from both Yeditepe University and SUNY New Paltz.
The period of study is 4 years, and the medium of the program is English. To begin their studies, students must receive a minimum TOEFL score of 74 IBT (or an equivalent score from another internationally recognized English exam). Those who cannot achieve proficiency in the language are to attend a preparatory program in English at Yeditepe University. Students are allowed up to 2 years to complete the preparatory program.
The payment is to be made in TL currency while studying at Yeditepe University and in US Dollar while studying at SUNY New Paltz. Registered students take Yeditepe University courses at the Yeditepe University Campus (Istanbul) and take SUNY courses at SUNY New Paltz (New Paltz, NY, USA).
The students who complete their program successfully at these recognized universities will have the right to work legally in their field of study for a certain period in the United States via Optional Practical Training (OPT).
