Eda Özcan, TESOL, Suny Cortland-Anadolu University'2025
I am Eda Özcan, a 2025 graduate of the dual diploma program in English Language Teaching at SUNY Cortland and Anadolu University.
This program has been an incredibly valuable experience for me, both academically and personally. My time in the United States went far beyond my expectations, especially in shaping my understanding of education and my vision as a teacher. During this time, I continued my studies, worked, and completed my teaching internship—gaining well-rounded experience in the field of education.
My goal is to reflect the knowledge, perspectives, and experiences I gained through this program in the best possible way to my future students. By combining what I’ve learned from two different education systems, I hope to make meaningful contributions to each student’s life. That is my greatest motivation as a teacher.
I sincerely thank everyone who contributed to making this opportunity possible.
I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone interested in the field.
