I am proud and happy to be a graduate of the Psychology dual diploma program offered by SUNY Fredonia and İzmir University of Economics and completing a minor in Biology at the same time. I have always dreamed of studying psychology. I had to suspend my education because of financial reasons in the past, but I never gave up chasing my dreams. During this period of nearly 10 years, I worked in the aviation industry. I had been in many countries for business or/and vacation. I can honestly tell you that it is such a privilege to get an education in the U.S. in a dual diploma program, combined with a work experience. My dreams came true with this distinguished education. It is time to set the bar higher now. I will keep moving forward with the opportunities provided by the program.
I strongly recommend that students not give up and appreciate the value of opportunities they have. They may encounter challenges such as cultural differences or language problems on the road to their dreams. The point is turning the problem into an advantage and to consider it as an experience.
I made my biggest dream came true with a SUNY dual diploma program. Thank you SUNY!
