Pamukkale University - SUNY Cortland
This program is run by Pamukkale University and Cortland University. It has been admitting students since 2026. Students will complete their first and second years of education at Pamukkale University, and the third and fourth years at Cortland University. Upon successful completion of the program, students receive a diploma from both Pamukkale University and Cortland University.
The period of study is 4 years and the medium of the program is English. Applicants whose native language is not English must achieve a minimum score of 72 on the Internet-Based TOEFL (TOEFL iBT), 5.5 on the IELTS, or 90 on the Duolingo English Test (DET). (The IELTS and DET scores are accepted only for students to begin their studies at SUNY Cortland. Students who wish to begin their studies at Pamukkale University must submit a TOEFL iBT score.)
Students who take the English Proficiency Examination administered by the School of Foreign Languages at Pamukkale University must obtain a minimum score of 70.
The payment is to be made in TL currency while studying at IBU and in US Dollar while studying at Cortland University. Registered students take IBU courses at the IBU campus (Istanbul) and take SUNY courses at Cortland University.
The Students who complete their program successfully at these recognized universities will have the right to work legally in their field of study for a certain period in the United States via Optional Practical Training (OPT).
